Refund Policy
Unused credit packs
If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Used credits
Credits that have been used to generate audio are non-refundable. If a pack has been partly used, it is not eligible for a refund, except where required by law or at our discretion. Free starter credits have no cash value.
Failed generations
If a generation fails on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If you believe you were charged credits for a failed or defective result, contact us and we will review it.
How to request
Email limepoured@gmail.com from your account email with your purchase date and amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days, and the corresponding credits are removed from your account.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
