Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Phantom Voice (operated by Jonathan Walter / Phantom Reel, Lafayette, Louisiana, USA) collects and how it is used. Contact: limepoured@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and sign-in records.
- Content: the text you submit, the voice and settings you choose, and the audio files we generate, stored privately per account so your history persists.
- Usage and billing: credit balance, generation counts and character totals, and purchase records (pack, amount, Stripe session and payment IDs). We do not see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser information and logs used for security, rate limiting and debugging.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, generate and store your audio, process payments and credits, send sign-in and service emails, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve Phantom Voice. We do not sell your personal information and do not use your content to train models.
Service providers (processors)
- Supabase: authentication, database and private audio storage.
- Vercel: website hosting and server functions.
- Modal: GPU processing of text into speech.
- Stripe (including Link, where it acts as reseller): payments, fraud prevention and tax.
- Resend: delivery of sign-in and account emails.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms and may store data in the United States.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data and generated audio while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account, content and audio by emailing us; we will delete it within 30 days except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons (such as payment records).
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Email us to make a request.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, audio is stored in a private bucket accessible only through short-lived links, and access is restricted per account. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
Phantom Voice is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
